sHIPPING pOLICY

Online orders are processed in the order they are received. Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of placing an order. Orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fedex depending on the contents of the order and the shipping time required.

Made to order items will ship within 1-2 business days after the end of the quoted lead time (but sometimes faster).

If items are fulfilled by a 3rd Party, they will be subject to longer shipping times based on the fulfillment companies policies. Fulfillment will be initiated within 1-2 business days of the order being received.

International shipping is subject to additional charges including but not limited to: flat rate surcharge at checkout, post order invoice to cover the balance should the actual shipping charges be more than the flat rate charged at checkout. It is highly recommended that international buyers contact us to inquire about international shipping rates prior to checkout.

The cost of shipping is a flat rate of $5 unless otherwise stated in the product description. Items purchased in the same order as an item that is labeled “ships free” also ship free, unless otherwise stated.

RETURNS and Warranties

Northwest Bladeworks stands behind our products, and our service to our customers.

Unless otherwise specified, all sales are final with the exception of defective or damaged products. In the case of a damages or defective product, please contact us with the subject “warranty claim” and your order number to start the process. Items being returned for warranty issues are subject to repair and return, partial refund or full refund depending on the circumstances of the damage or defect of the product.

In the case an exception, refunds will be issued after the return has been processed. Items can be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, and items being returned must be in their original, unused condition with all accessories and accompanying documentation included with the return.

Any other items or ancillary packaging included in a return or warranty shipment will not be returned to the customer.

Customer are responsible for return shipping.
